The Perseverance Crew -- Captain Tim Gasch

Captain Tim Gasch has been licensed by the US Coast Guard and has a rock solid background fishing the Chesapeake Bay. If it swims out there, Captain Tim knows how to catch it.

Quenton Josey Sr., owner of the Perseverance, got his start fishing the lower Bay and the ocean around his home in Virginia Beach. He later found himself moving north where he spent many years fishing the waters off Ocean city, Maryland. Quenton also spent several years as a waterman in the Tangier Sound area of the Chesapeake where he trotlined for crabs. Although he worked this area, his favorite pastime was bottom fishing for trout and croaker!! Come aboard and let Quenton and crew find bottom fish for you!!!

The mate of the Perseverance is Rich Mogel. Rich has been fishing the Bay for over twenty years and he and Captain Tim Gasch have known each other for a long time. Rich is also a Captain and he is well versed in trolling and chumming for stripers... Come aboard and let Captain Tim and Captain Rich show you a great day on the Bay!
